Most concerns are best resolved through a direct, respectful conversation with your clinician. If you believe additional action is needed, we have provided the information below to guide you through filing a formal report in accordance with Texas requirements.

Business Violation Concerns

If you believe you have been a victim fraudulent business practices in the State of Texas please contact the Attorney General's Office to file a consumer complaint.

Request records

You are entitled to request your records at anytime. According to Texas Law we are required to retain your records for 7 years, or 5 years after a former child client has turned 18. Please contact your therapist directly to request records.

Good Faith Estimates

Under the "No Surprises Act," as of January 1, 2022 medical facilities are required to provide a "Good Faith Estimate" to patients not planning to use insurance. This Good Faith Estimate shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for an item or service.
